In Spring 2020 our Parks did something that had only been done a few times before...They closed. Our guests started to crave the Parks experience, so we decided to bring the magic to them and introduced #DisneyMagicMoments: DMM is an ever expanding content ecosystem that recreates the Disney Parks experience virtually to fit the needs of families at home by bringing the magic right to them. We virtually sent Guests through our attractions, while even clueing them in on secrets and little-known facts, gave them the best seat in the house to view full shows and spectaculars, created interactive experiences and even brought entire households together for game nights. 


• #DMM garnered 683 million social impressions... and counting!
• Young families make up 63% of our audience, a segment that is more and more difficult to reach!
• Those who engage with #DMM are 4 times more likely to purchase a Disney toy or game.
• These folks intent to visit a Disney Park within the next 12 months boosted by an incredible 30%.
• Ultimately, we found that 1 in 4 American families are aware of the content and a substantial new remarketing pool of 30 million.
• And all of this happened without a single pressed penny spent on paid media.
